St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane is a 164 bed private Catholic not-for-profit hospital specialising in healthcare for people with chronic, complex and multiple health needs.
Every year 3000 patients experience our services, programs and treatments. We specialise in general medical, minor surgical, pain management, rehabilitation, palliative care, wellness for over 65s, neurosciences and transitional care. A comprehensive range of onsite diagnostic services (radiology, pathology and pharmacy) are available and we offer Telehealth services to support regional patients.
We are Queensland's largest specialist palliative care service provider and the only Queensland hospital to offer adolescent pain management programs to help young people from 14 years manage chronic pain.
We work closely with organisations in our local community who have a Mission and Vision to care for people who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, and partner with those that focus on the health and wellbeing of our refugee population.
Our people are at the heart of who we are. Up to 480 experienced and highly qualified medical, nursing, allied health and support staff help us deliver excellent medical and health care. We have a generous team of volunteers who are a vital part of our hospital community.
We are part of the St Vincent’s Health Australia group, provider of 10 public and 17 private health and aged care facilities across the nation.
